Privacy policy
This page explains what happens to the details you give Beat Nation Entertainment through this website. Last updated October 2026.
Who we are
Beat Nation Entertainment, based in Birmingham, provides wedding and event DJs, hosts, dhol, band baja and lighting. For anything about your data, call 07742 007295 or email beatnation0121@gmail.com.
What we collect
When you use the "check your date" form we receive your names, phone number, email address, event date, venue or town, the events you're interested in and anything you write in the message box.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, check our availability and send you a quote.
- If you book, to plan and deliver your event and keep the records we need for our accounts.
We rely on your request for a quote, and later on our contract with you, as the lawful basis. We never sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.
Who else sees it
Only the services that run the website and deliver email for us: our web host and our email delivery provider. They process your details on our behalf and nothing else.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't turn into a booking are deleted within 12 months. If you book, we keep what we need for as long as the law requires for accounting.
Your rights
You can ask to see the details we hold, have them corrected or deleted, or object to how we use them. Get in touch using the details above. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
This website only uses the cookies it needs to work. If we ever add analytics or advertising cookies, we'll ask for your consent first and update this page.
